One Burlington base, a Halton-wide customer list

Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what a Burlington trade can take from them

These are real, named results from our HVAC clients, mostly outside Ontario. None are Burlington or non-HVAC results, but the methods behind them apply to any trade that sells local, high-value jobs.

Below are real case-study results, each with the client named and linked. All of them are results from our HVAC work; none are Burlington projects, and none are from plumbing, roofing or electrical companies. We show them because they're honest evidence of how we work, and because the methods behind them carry over to any trade that sells local, high-value jobs.

What each one shows

CombiBoiler.ca: depth on one product wins

CombiBoiler.ca focused tightly on one equipment type and covered it thoroughly, earning more than 500 first-page rankings for combi-boiler searches. For a Burlington trade: pick the one or two services you most want more of and build the most useful pages in Halton for them, instead of thin pages for everything. Our local SEO service starts from this idea.

CanroHeat.ca: a steady system beats a burst

CanroHeat.ca's published result is 250% lead growth. Growth on that scale is rarely the product of a single campaign; in our experience it comes from many small things done every month. For a Burlington trade: month-on-month habits, such as new job photos, review replies and search-term cleaning, compound in a city where neighbours compare notes.

BCWide.ca: 90 days is a useful test window

BCWide.ca tripled its leads within 90 days. The lesson we draw is about time frames: three months is enough to see whether a change is working. For a Burlington trade: a 90-day window is also how long we test a new Halton town, as described on the expansion page.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth takes a year, and it's worth it

A 400% rise in organic traffic over 12 months shows the time scale of real SEO. For a Burlington trade: budget for a year of steady organic work, and use ads to cover the gap while it builds.

HVACDeal.ca: measure return, not activity

More than 500 leads at a 12:1 return on investment only means something because the return was measured. For a Burlington trade: track every call to its source and mark which became jobs. Without that, no one can tell you whether marketing is working.

What transfers to other trades, and what doesn't

Transfers well:

  • choosing a narrow set of services and areas and doing them properly;
  • pages written around real buyer questions, with your own photos;
  • a per-enquiry ceiling worked out from margin and close rate;
  • tracking calls to their source and reporting booked jobs, not clicks.

Doesn't transfer directly:

  • the exact percentages, which depend on each market and trade;
  • seasonality: heating demand peaks differently from, say, landscaping or roofing;
  • the competitive picture, which in Burlington includes companies based in Oakville and Hamilton as well as local ones.

Why we don't show local numbers we can't prove

It would be easy to publish a Burlington "success story" with round numbers and a smiling photo. We won't, because it wouldn't be true, and because Canada's Competition Act expects performance claims to be backed up. Every figure on this page comes from a named client with a live website you can visit yourself.

How we'd measure your results

For a Burlington trade, we agree the measures before starting:

  1. calls, texts and emails by source;
  2. enquiries by Burlington district and by Halton town;
  3. cost per enquiry and cost per booked job, against your ceiling;
  4. new reviews and repeat jobs each month.

You can see what each plan includes on the pricing page. If you'd like to talk through how these lessons apply to your trade, call, text or email us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have Burlington case studies?

Not published ones. Our public case studies are results from our HVAC work, and we'd rather show you real results from other markets than invent local ones.

Will my business get the same numbers?

No one can promise that. Results depend on your trade, your job value, your competition and how quickly you answer the phone. We'll give you realistic ranges once we've seen your data.

Where can I check these results?

Each client is named and linked so you can visit the live site. HVAC.Agency also publishes every case study together on one page.
