The quickest way to reach us is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or to email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Because Burlington runs three hours ahead, a message sent as your crews finish for the day often lands while we're still at our desks. We usually reply within one business day.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk through your situation now. If we can't pick up, leave a short message with your name, trade and number.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job and can't talk. Tell us your trade and where you work, and say if you'd like a call back. A quick line is plenty; we'll take it from there.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send links, screenshots or a list of job locations.

Whichever you choose, you'll deal with a senior strategist, not an automated system or a sales script. We don't use web forms, chat widgets or booking calendars, and we only email people who contact us first.

What to include in your first message

You don't need much to start. A good first message covers:

  1. Your business name and trade.
  2. Where you're based in Burlington, such as Aldershot, Appleby or the Employment district, and the other Halton towns you serve.
  3. Your website and Google profile links, if you have them.
  4. What's not working, for example "the phone's quiet in summer" or "we're paying for ads but can't tell if they work".
  5. What you'd like more of: a particular service, a town, or bigger jobs.

If you want a template to copy, here's one:

Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] company based in [Burlington area], and we also work in [other towns]. Our website is [website]. We'd like more [type of job] work, and we're unsure about [current problem]. A good time to reach me is [day and time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, by the channel you used, and suggest a time for a short call if one would help.
  2. We have a first conversation, free for eligible trades businesses. We'll ask about your job value, margins, capacity and where your work comes from, and look at your profile and website.
  3. We tell you what we'd do, in writing: the services, the areas, the monthly cost and the measures. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so and, where we can, suggest what to do instead.

There's no obligation at any step, and the plans themselves run month to month. The pricing page has the details.

What we can help with, and what we can't

We can help with: marketing your trade in Burlington and Halton, including local SEO, Google Ads, websites, reviews and expansion into nearby towns, plus business advice on pricing and growth.

We can't help with: booking a tradesperson for your own home, since we're not a contractor and don't send anyone to do repairs or installations; legal, accounting or code-compliance questions; or buying reviews or leads.

If you're a homeowner looking for a plumber, electrician or other trade, please contact a licensed local company directly. Ontario's regulators, such as the Electrical Safety Authority, publish ways to check that a company holds the licence its work requires, and that's a better starting point than any marketing site, including ours.

Before you get in touch

You may find answers sooner in a few places:

  • the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and timelines;
  • the results page shows real, named results from our HVAC work;
  • the guides explain budgeting, service radius planning and Burlington's housing mix.

When you're ready, call, text or email. We'll give you a straight answer about whether we're a good fit.

Frequently asked questions

What hours are you available?

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific; on Burlington clocks that runs from noon until 9 in the evening. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

Do I need to prepare anything before calling?

Nothing formal. It helps to know your average job value, roughly where your last few dozen jobs were, and what you've tried before. We can work it out together if you don't have exact figures.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. For eligible trades businesses the first 30 minutes cost nothing, and you're under no obligation afterwards.

Will you call me back if I text?

If you'd like a call, say so in your text and mention a good time. Otherwise we'll reply by text, which suits many owners who are on a job during the day.
