Burlington.Marketing helps trades and home-service companies in Burlington get more of the right work, from the right parts of Halton, at a cost they can see. We're a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service. We plan and run marketing and advise owners on growth; we never take on trade work ourselves, and we're not a contractor of any kind.
The company behind the site
Burlington.Marketing belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and works with clients across the country.
- Sedighi.ca is the consulting company through which Ali runs his growth, marketing and technology work. Its brand list covers HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca; for Burlington trades, Trades.Agency is the one that matters.
- SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali founded it and is its Managing Partner.
- Trades.Agency is the group's home for marketing trades and home-service businesses. Burlington.Marketing is its focused service for Burlington and Halton, and it uses Trades.Agency's plans and terms.
We're a service-area business. There's no Burlington storefront, and we won't pretend there is. The work itself happens in your Google profile, your ad account and your website, which we can manage just as well from Vancouver, checked against what Burlington searchers actually see.

How we work with Burlington trades
Our approach comes from years of building marketing for trades whose phones need to ring this week, not next year.
- Numbers before tactics. We start with your average job value, margin, close rate and spare capacity. Those four numbers decide what you can afford to pay for an enquiry, and therefore which channels make sense.
- Geography before keywords. We sort your past jobs by Burlington planning district and by Halton town before writing a single page. See our areas page for how we read the city.
- One clear next step. Every page, ad and message points to a call, a text or an email. No funnels and no gimmicks.
- Plain reporting. Each month you get calls, enquiries, cost per enquiry and booked jobs by area, in words you can read in five minutes.
- Honest advice. If a service or a town isn't worth your money, we say so, even if it means a smaller plan.
What we do and don't do
We do: local SEO and Google Business Profile work, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, service-area expansion planning, websites, review and repeat-work routines, and business advice on pricing, positioning and growth. The full list is on the services page.
We don't: install, repair, inspect or maintain anything; sell your enquiries to other companies; write or buy reviews; or give legal, accounting or compliance advice. When a question belongs with a regulator such as the TSSA or the Electrical Safety Authority, we point you to their pages.
Proof we can stand behind
Our published case studies come from HVAC clients, and we present them as results from our HVAC work, not as Burlington or other-trade results. CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth, and HVACDeal.ca generated more than 500 leads at a 12:1 ROI. The results page explains what those projects show and which lessons transfer to other trades.
Positioning, in one sentence
We market and advise Burlington and Halton trades as part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, and the trade work itself always stays with you.
If that's the kind of partner you're looking for, call, text or email us, or start by looking at the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Burlington.Marketing?
It's part of the Trades.Agency family within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads the group.
Is there a Burlington office I can visit?
No. We're a service-area business run from Vancouver, and we meet clients by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. We don't list a local address because we don't have one.
Will I deal with Ali directly?
Your first conversation is with a senior strategist, and strategy decisions are led by Ali. We don't pass new clients to a junior sales team.
Do you do the trade work as well as the marketing?
No. We market and advise trade businesses, and that's all. Every job a customer books through your marketing is done by your own licensed team.
